With 20+ years across engineering, operations, systems, programme management, organisational development, and HR, he brings structured thinking and practical human insight to complex, fast-moving environments.
His work is grounded in a personal truth: like many high performers, Chin Aik has navigated the quiet second-guessing often labelled impostor syndrome. That experience shaped Life 2.0 - a more intentional way of living and leading built on self-awareness, sustainable focus, and clear habits that translate into consistent delivery.
