The word Physis comes from ancient Greek, meaning the inherent force of natural growth and becoming. Not forced change. Not a framework imposed from the outside. The capacity that already exists within.
In a world obsessed with hustle and quick fixes, growth has become a race instead of a process. But nature doesn't rush, yet everything gets accomplished.
Trees don't struggle to grow. They expand when the conditions are right. We believe people and organisations thrive the same way.

Physis Global Sdn. Bhd. is an HRD Corp registered corporate training provider based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We specialise in leadership development, relational intelligence, emotional intelligence, mental health awareness at the workplace, communication, and team effectiveness. All our programmes are HRDC SBL-Khas claimable, meaning eligible Malaysian employers who pay the HRDC levy can recover the full cost of training.
Physis is based in Kuala Lumpur and delivers training across Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru, and Malaysia-wide. We also serve organisations in Singapore and Southeast Asia. All training is delivered at your premises or a venue of your choice - we come to you.
Yes. Physis Global Sdn. Bhd. (company registration 202501014734 / 1616148-X) is a registered HRD Corp training provider. All programmes are HRDC SBL-Khas claimable. Eligible Malaysian employers who contribute to the HRDC levy can recover the full cost of training through the e-TRiS portal. Physis handles all claim documentation at no extra cost.
Physis offers HRDC claimable corporate training programmes including: Mental Health Awareness and First Aid at the Workplace, Emotional Intelligence (EQ Mastery at Work), Active Listening and Empathy, The Connected Leader, Kaizen Problem Solving, and Minda S.I.H.A.T. (workplace mental health in Bahasa Malaysia).
We also offer leadership coaching and bespoke programme design for organisations with specific learning needs.
Yes. Every programme we deliver is customised to your organisation, industry, and workforce during a pre-training consultation. We adapt case studies, role-play scenarios, language, and examples to reflect your specific workplace context. We have delivered customised programmes for clients in manufacturing, technology, engineering, and professional services across Malaysia.
Our programmes are currently delivered as in-house training - directly to your organisation's team, at your premises or a venue of your choice. We do not currently have open-enrolment public programmes.
This allows us to fully customise each session for the organisation and maintain the quality and relevance of the learning experience. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will propose the right solution.
