How to claim HRDC

for your training.

It's important to submit your HRDC grant application at least 14 days before training begins.

1.

Select your program and schedule a consultation

Choose from our HRD Corp approved programs or discuss a custom solution. We confirm program details and prepare all HRDC documentation.

2.

Submit your SBL-Khas application via e-TRiS

Apply through the HRD Corp e-TRiS portal before training begins. Physis provides everything you need: program outline, trainer credentials, HRDC approval numbers.

3.

Attend the training program

Physis delivers the program at your premises or preferred venue. Attendance records and completion documents prepared for your claim.

4.

Physis submits for HRDC claim

Physis will submit your post-training claim through e-TRiS. There is no payment required from your end.

What ongoing support is provided after training?

How far in advance should we book training?

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for standard programs and 8-12 weeks for custom solutions. However, we can accommodate urgent requests with shorter notice when possible.
