Von Goh is an HRDC accredited trainer and Certified Master Performance Coach with 15+ years of senior leadership experience across operations, team management, and business development in the wellness industry.

Von's leadership career included roles as National Service & Operations Manager and Senior General Manager, where she led multi-site teams, drove operational excellence, and developed high-performing cultures. This hands-on experience informs every training program she delivers.

As a strong advocate for personal growth and lifelong learning, Von specialises in developing supervisors and team leaders - the critical layer of leadership that often receives the least development support. She focuses on practical skills: having difficult conversations, building team trust, managing performance, and leading under pressure.
