That conviction led her to found Physis Global and pursue a rigorous path of professional development, becoming a Certified Master Performance Coach, a Mental Health First Aider, and an Associate Coach at Korn Ferry, one of the world's leading organisational consulting firms.

Her facilitation style reflects who she is: direct, warm, and deeply practical. She doesn't believe in frameworks that look good on a slide and evaporate by Monday.
