WHO THIS PROGRAMME IS FOR

Built for leaders who set the team's tone.

People leaders and managers responsible for team engagement, performance, and retention.
Leaders of hybrid and distributed teams working to sustain belonging across distance.
New and emerging leaders stepping into roles where connection and trust drive results.
HR and L&D partners embedding social health and psychological safety into leadership culture.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Connection is a

leadership skill.

In 2024, global employee engagement fell to just 21% - a signal of a deeper crisis in workplace wellbeing, where disengagement and loneliness quietly erode morale and performance.

Social connection is a key but often overlooked pillar of employee health, directly tied to retention, resilience, and results. The McKinsey Health Institute estimates that investing in holistic employee wellbeing could unlock up to $11.7 trillion in global economic value.

This programme equips managers to build social capital and lead teams that are not just productive, but meaningfully connected - embedding social health into their leadership DNA.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS GAIN

Three shifts that change

how they lead.

01
Spot Disconnection Early
Leaders learn to read the signs of burnout, withdrawal, and low engagement including what isn't being said, and understand why disconnection takes hold in the first place.
02
Lead Through Coaching
Through micro-coaching practice, leaders build the core skills of listening, asking, and reflecting - and learn when to coach versus when to direct.
03
A Connection Action Plan
Every participant leaves with a personal leadership blueprint and a tailored, team-specific plan for embedding connection - moving from reactive to regenerative leadership.
